About the Role
Fingerprint is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing Ops) to own the marketing operations layer of our go-to-market engine. This is a senior individual contributor role inside Revenue Operations, reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, and Marketing is your most important internal customer. Your domain is everything between a campaign idea and clean, attributable data in Salesforce: HubSpot, ABM audiences, conversion tracking, and the reporting layer Marketing and Sales use to decide where to spend. The scope is deliberately bounded so you can go deep rather than wide.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain account and contact audiences for ABM programs across verticals and tiers, working from ICP criteria with Demand Generation and Sales.
- Own campaign setup and instrumentation in HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns, including status mapping, membership and downstream reporting.
- Run lead operations for webinars, events and field programs: capture, dedup, suppression, routing and post-event follow-through, built as a repeatable setup rather than a fresh build for every event.
- Serve as the HubSpot administrator: workflows, lifecycle stages, properties, forms, list logic and user management.
- Own lead conversion and feedback loop.
- Design and maintain nurture and re-engagement programs, and measure whether they actually convert.
- Own the behavior of the HubSpot to Salesforce sync from the marketing side, partnering with GTM Systems on the Salesforce side.
- Own Google Tag Manager and site-side tracking, including audit, cleanup and change control.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and X, including server-side conversion APIs and offline conversion uploads.
- Own and enforce UTM taxonomy, and own the attribution reporting layer built on the semantic layer the GTM Engineer maintains.
- Support enrichment across signup and inbound flows using Clay and similar tooling, own form and progressive profiling strategy, and maintain suppression, bounce handling and consumer-domain filtering.
- Turn recurring requests into templates, workflows or self-service, document what you build so someone else can run it, and push back on one-off requests when a durable version is the better answer.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Revenue Operations with a marketing concentration, in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on HubSpot administration: workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, forms and list logic. This is a doing role, not an overseeing role.
- Practical experience with Google Tag Manager and at least one server-side or offline conversion implementation (Meta CAPI, Google Ads, LinkedIn or X conversions API).
- Experience building account-level audiences for ABM programs and translating ICP criteria into actual lists.
- Working fluency with Salesforce as a user: campaigns, the data model, and how HubSpot sync behaves.
- Event and webinar lead operations at volume: lead capture, list uploads, status mapping and post-event follow-through across multiple events per quarter.
- Enrichment tooling experience (Clay or comparable), including waterfall logic and handling incomplete data.
- Attribution literacy: you can explain first-touch, multi-touch and their failure modes, and you know when a number is directionally useful versus wrong.
- A documented bias toward building the repeatable version. We will ask for specific examples.
- Strong written communication and the ability to say no to a well-intentioned request with a better alternative attached.
- Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoom.
- Nice to have: SQL or exposure to dbt and a semantic layer; Sigma, Looker or comparable BI; familiarity with Clay, Vector, Apollo, Sendoso, Gong and Salesforce; experience at a $50M to $200M ARR B2B SaaS company where processes were being rebuilt; paid media operations experience.
- Explicitly not required: Salesforce administration or certification, DealHub or CPQ experience, forecast modeling, or CS operations background.
Compensation & Transparency
At Fingerprint, we believe in pay transparency — it's part of how we operate as a distributed, remote-first team. Salaries are based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
Because this role is open across the United States and can be based anywhere our team members work from, the salary range reflects that geographic breadth: $148,000 - $200,000 USD.
Some example salaries for specific locations are below
NYC, Boston, LA: $174,000 - $200,000
Chicago: $148,000 - $170,000
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including the successful candidate's location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Due to regulatory and security reasons, there’s a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.
We are dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment for everyone. We embrace and celebrate the unique experiences, perspectives and cultural backgrounds that each employee brings to our workplace. Fingerprint strives to foster an environment where our employees feel respected, valued and empowered, and our team members are at the forefront in helping us promote and sustain an inclusive workplace. We highly encourage people from underrepresented groups in tech to apply.

**We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Fingerprint recruiting email communications will always come from the @fingerprint.com domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored.
How to apply
The Apply button opens Fingerprint's own application page in a new browser tab — applying is free, and this board never sits between you and the employer: no middleman, no form of ours to fill first.
You'll apply directly on Fingerprint's own careers site — the Apply button opens fingerprint.com, the employer's own application page rather than any third-party form. Employer-built application pages vary more than standardized ATS forms, so read each field as you go rather than assuming a layout: expect your contact details, a résumé/CV upload, and questions specific to the role. If the page asks you to create an account, that account lives with Fingerprint, not with this board. What stays constant is the important part: your application goes straight to Fingerprint's own recruiting team with nothing added in between, and the posting you read here mirrors the listing on their own site.
